The countdown is on to the 2026 Balaklava Cup, returning Wednesday 16th September — one of South Australia’s standout days on the racing calendar.

If you’ve joined us in previous years, you’ll know just how special this day is. We’d love to welcome you back to do it all again, with another year of great racing, trackside energy and plenty to celebrate.

If you’re looking for a hassle-free way to enjoy the Cup, our Club Marquees offer a range of experiences designed to suit how you like to spend the day — whether that’s relaxed and social or a little more refined.

The Barton – $438 per person

Step into pure racing luxury! The Barton Marquee delivers an unforgettable day with silver‑service style, exquisite gourmet luncheon, Coopers fine ales, Taylors premium Wines, cider and spirits—all inside a beautifully decorated, fully‑floored marquee. Entertain your friends or corporate clients in elegance as the energy of race day surrounds you. The Barton tickets are strictly limited, reserve yours today!

Beldale Ball – $285 per person

Celebrate spring in full colour with a seated marquee experience! Enjoy racecourse entry, race book per 2 people, three‑course buffet lunch, Coopers beer, Taylors wine, cider, spirits and soft drink. Trackside views, private tote & TVs. An ideal blend of comfort, energy and trackside thrills. 

The Ring – $199 per person

Immerse yourself in the heart of the action! Located right in the Betting Ring, this package brings pulsating race‑day excitement with gourmet food, Coopers beers, Taylors wines, cider and soft drink. Full TAB facilities and a buzzing beer garden complete this thrilling experience!

The Parade – $135 per person

A vibrant spring celebration of style, drinks and great race‑day vibes. Enjoy mimosas, frozen cocktails and bubbles, alongside Coopers beers, Taylors wines and soft drinks. Your ticket includes 5 drink vouchers* with a lively beer‑garden atmosphere, this space delivers the perfect mix of racing, social fun and spring style. *Food & additional drinks available for purchase.

Winners Circle – $99 per person

Feel the thunder of hooves down the home straight! Kick back on the lawn with a drink in hand and enjoy prime trackside views as the horses charge home. Includes on course admission and 2 drink vouchers*. Your sure thing for a fun, relaxed race day. * Food & additional drinks available for purchase.

General Admission – $35 per person
Under 18 years: Free

Coach Transport Options

Take the hassle out of getting to and from the Balaklava Cup by booking return coach transport from one of our convenient pick-up locations. Services are available from:

• Prince Albert Hotel (Wright Street, Adelaide),
• Wellington Hotel (North Adelaide),
• Arab Steed Hotel (Hutt Street),
• Tanunda Club, Old Spot Hotel (Salisbury Heights),
• Exchange Hotel (Gawler),
• and various Clare Valley locations including Clare Country Club, Bentleys Hotel, Watervale and Auburn.

Return coach fares are $48 per person from Adelaide CBD, North Adelaide and Tanunda, and $40 per person from Salisbury Heights, Gawler and the Clare Valley. Final departure times and transport information will be provided closer to Cup Day.
