The Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club is one of the first landmarks you see driving into town, with its picturesque rose gardens, lush green lawns and impressive function centre, The Terrace.
Easily accessed by public transport with a designated train station connected to our racecourse getting here is a breeze.

Tickets will be available at the gate although due to Covid-19 restrictions and limits we are recommending that patrons pre-purchase their gate entry tickets and reserve a table to avoid disappointment.

Owner's Entitlements
Owners will be required to pay gate entry on arrival. If the owner would like a reimbursement for their gate entry, they can attend the Admin Office where their name will be marked off the Registered Owner’s Admission List provided by Thoroughbred Racing SA.
A race book will be supplied if requested. Please note only the registered owner is entitled to a reimbursement and their gate entry ticket must be presented, preferably before Race 3.

Bookings are preferred but not essential although please understand that we might not be able to accommodate your booking if we have reached capacity and you choose not to pre-book.
