Located 38kms south-east of Adelaide, Penola is situated in the beautiful Coonawarra wine region and will play host to the 2022 Penola Racing Club Coonawarra Vignerons Cup.
With racing taking place in Penola since 1800, it forms one of the oldest racing clubs in the south-east of Adelaide.
The race meeting has already received great interest, with ticket sales going strong for the January 13th event.
Long time supporters of the Vignerons Cup meeting, Di Giorgio Family Wines are again a major sponsor for the day. Katie Lewis from Di Giorgio said "sporting events like this are integral to a small country community for people to come together and enjoy a day out, support each other and have some down time".
"Being a family owned business in Coonawarra with fantastic support from our local area, we are only too happy to give back to the community that supports us so well.
