Decision time for Clarken, Noname Lane

The Will Clarken stable will decide later today just where talented galloper Noname Lane races this weekend.

The horse is well fancied in both Adelaide and over the border at Pakenham where Jamie Kah is booked to ride the last-start winner.

“We’re still weighing up both races,’’ Clarken’s Racing Manager Lachie Weekley said.

“Pakenham is a strong race for a small field so we will talk it through with the owners and then make a decision,’’ he said.

Noname Lane has been in impressive form running third in the Gawler Cup before an strong win on the Morphettville Parks track last time out.

He’s marked a $2.50 second select in Adelaide where Perfect Route is the $2 favourite with tab.com.au, while he’s $4.60 at Pakenham where the Tony and Calvin McEvoy-trained Frankie Pinot holds favouritism at $2.50.
