The 2021 Carlton Draught Murray Bridge Gold Cup on Friday is shaping up to be a great day with racing, fashion and entertainment to offer something for all attendees.
Murray Bridge Racing Club manager, John Buhagiar said the community have embraced our extraordinary performance on the track with their support of our cup day.
“For people who haven’t been to Murray Bridge before, what they’ll see is probably the newest racing facility we have in the state,” Buhagiar said
“For our Cup day they can certainly expect the best of what we have to offer.
“The Carlton Draught Murray Bridge Gold Cup is a Listed event, which is one of the few Listed events in the provincial area.”
Off the track, the Murray Bridge Racing Club will have entertainment between races and is also hosting a Fashion At The Races event.
“Local blues band, Joe Blake and the Snakes will be playing throughout the day. There will also be an acoustic artist in the marquees,” Buhagiar said.
“We’re thrilled that Offe Jewellers has donated prizes for the day for Fashion at the Races.
“There will be a bit of glamour and a bit of music to keep everyone entertained in between the quality racing.”
Registrations for the Fashions event will be accepted on the day, so be sure to keep an eye out and register to avoid missing out.
